SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order to ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking information.  

Redeem does not ship to P.O. Boxes and holds the right to refuse shipping on any order for any reason.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to packages once they leave our store and are in the care of the shipping carrier.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Full priced apparel items may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Please Note: Sale Items, Jewelry, Candles and Fragrances are Final Sale.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, please email returns@redeemus.com and we will issue you a Returns Form and Authorization Number.  Please complete the Returns Form and include it with your return shipment.

Redeem will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Please keep track of the tracking number and make sure to require a signature upon delivery.

EXCHANGES

Redeem is not able to do online exchanges.  We suggest placing a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your "exchange" item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item, minus the shipping costs, and send you an email.

FULFILLMENT

Although we make every effort to keep items listed on our site up to date, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. if we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and return any captured funds.
